TWAIN HARTE VACATION CABIN RENTAL DESCRIPTION : |
| |
This is one of the original summer cabins with a wonderful mountain cabin look and feel that has been updated with modern amenaties to make your stay convenient and comfortable. There are a total of 3 bedrooms, each with a queen bed. Included in the rental is the main cabin with two bedrooms and 1-1/2 baths with shower only and the bunkhouse with one bedroom and one full bath with tub and shower. There are two sleeper sofas in the living room that can sleep up to 4 adults. We provide the pillows and blankets. Please bring your own sheets and pillow covers. Access to the private Twain Harte Lake is also included.
Rates
Standard Rates
$180 per night for 2 or 3 nights
$160 per night for 4 or more nights
Minimum stay of 4 nights for reservations between Memorial Day and Labor Day (will consider a 2 or 3 night stay on short notice reservations made less than a week before stay)
Refundable security deposit of $200
Rental includes admission to the members only lake in Twain Harte. Lake tickets are $5 per day per person and are purchased at the lake.
All rates include a cleaning fee and taxes. The cleaning fee covers standard cleaning. Additional fees may apply for pet cleanup or overly dirty conditions.
Cancellation Fees:
A $200 deposit is required to hold a reservation. There is a $50 fee for cancellations prior to 14 days before the first rental date. There is a $150 fee for cancellations 14 days or less before the first rental date.

The cabin is just a 15 minute walk (less than a mile) from downtown Twain Harte with shopping and restaurants. The private Twain Harte Lake is similarly close with swimming, sunbathing, slide, diving platforms, fishing and a lifeguard. Additional activities include ping-pong, volleyball, shuffleboard, a playground, and bingo. There
are public tennis court less than 1/4 mile from the cabin. The town also features pee-wee golf, 9-hole golf course, snack shops. |
