TASTEFULL, CONTEMPORARY AND ELEGANT DECOR! This luxurious townhome features an open, tri-level floor plan that offers abundant light and a great mix of privacy and comfort. There are three bedrooms upstairs and a den/master bedroom downstairs. The townhome has an attached, two car private garage, which includes custom storage racks for skis, snowboards and other equipment. Large picture windows with views of the Wasatch Mountains and Swaner Nature Preserve add to the elegance and ambiance of the home. The spacious main level centers around a large fully equipped, gourmet kitchen accented with knotty pine cabinets and granite countertops. The kitchen and dining area overlook the vaulted ceiling family room, which offers comfortable furnishings and a cozy, gas fireplace. A 32 inch flat screen TV, above the fireplace allows for panoramic viewing from the kitchen, dinning area and family room. After a day on the slopes, enjoy mountain views and sooth your muscles while immersed in a large, 6 person private Hot Tub. The Hot Tub is located on a covered, privacy-screened, upstairs balcony. The balcony also offers a gas BBQ grill and comfortable patio furniture. Free DSL high speed internet access is conveniently offered and located in the kitchen/office area.
Upstairs there are three bedrooms, with exquisite Euro-style linens. The master bedroom, with king size bed, has its own attached large bathroom, with large jetted spa tub, and walk in tiled shower stall. Two other bedrooms upstairs are furnished with a queen bed and twin bunks respectively. These bedrooms share a full bathroom with tub and full glass shower enclosure. Washer/Dryer included. The lower level includes a large, den/second master with a privacy screen door. The den/bedroom features a gas fireplace and private, full bathroom with walk-in shower.

Nearby you will find the village park and new Bear Hollow clubhouse. The clubhouse includes an exercise room, Plasma TV, fireplace, a computer with high speed internet access, kitchen, locker-rooms, and a community pool with hot tub. The Clubhouse is a great place for the kids to spend some time by themselves.
A free Bus runs every 30 minutes, from 8:00 am -11:00 pm from Redstone Plaza to downtown Park City.
Located accross hwy 224 is Redstone Plaza, which offers other amenities including shopping, restaurants and theatres. Also close by is the large Tangers Outlet Mall where you will find bargains in high quality sportswear, shoes, gifts, etc. |
