This great 2 bedroom 2 bath bungalow unit is in the main front bungalow duplex and has everything you would ever need in a great home. Great kitchen with designer counters/cabinets and top of the line appliances. Great master bath with double designer glass sinks and travertine tile work. Beautiful hardwood floors and a great fireplace. Central heat. Queen beds in bedrooms and a queen sofa bed in living room.

We have Plasma TV’s with Direct TV/HBO, DSL, fax, DVD player, washer/dryer, beach chairs/beach towels, high quality linens. Bicycles can be made available for $20 per week. Parking for small to medium sized car.

Located In a very convenient area on a quiet pedestrian only walk street, walking distance to most everything. Most important, 1.5 blocks to the beach.. See amazing sunsets and just relax.
