Located on a quiet pedestrian only walk street, The Beach Cottage, a Venice Beach, California vacation rental, sits just 100 yards from the beach, and you can hear the ocean at night. It was built in the 1920’s and has been in the same family for 60 years and has just been completely renovated with all the modern conveniences. Suitable for nine, our 3 bedroom rental cottage in Venice Beach has two bathrooms, three queen beds in the bedrooms, a queen sofa bed in living room and another sofa bed in the 3rd bedroom/studio on the first floor, which has its own separate entrance, bathroom and kitchenette. We have an extra air mattress for additional sleeping guests upon request. The cottage features hardwood floors throughout, and fireplace. We have a great outdoor eating area with a gazebo, barbecue and patio furniture. There is a fully equipped kitchen as well to fulfill your culinary desires. You will enjoy a load of entertainment facilities including cable TV, satellite TV, DVD and wireless Internet access during your stay at our Venice Beach cottage rental. There are Marina Del Rey, historical Venice Canals and great surf spot just blocks away from our Venice Beach cottage near beach. In addition, you can access Santa Monica pier amusement park and 3rd Street Promenade within 10 minutes' drive. Just a minute's stroll will lead you to great restaurants, cafes and shops.
