A deck allows for outdoor cooking and eating. Nearby is a great pier for fishing as well as a fresh seafood market and restaurant. Across the street is Bubble Springs Park complete with a small duck pond. Beach activities include whale watching, deep-sea fishing, sailing, boat rentals, private power and sailboat excursions, great restaurants, and local live entertainment. Nice green belts to walk around. A walkway extends from our condo association all the way to the end of the beach area.
