Brookside Farmhouse is just 5 miles from Jay Peak Resort hidden away on 3 acres with its own brook, woods and meadows. It is new to the northern Vermont vacation rental lodging market of vacation properties having been refurbished over the summer. Brookside farmhouse invites its visitors to enjoy a step back in time with its original warm wooden plank flooring, antique furniture, a true Vermont farmhouse and yet still providing its guests with all modern amenities including high speed internet access, cable TV, phone service, DVD players and a full-size pool table for the enjoyment of its guests.
Brookside Farmhouse sleeps a maximum of 12 persons. Upstairs you have a very large master bedroom with queen size bed and sitting area. There are two rooms with double beds in each and a smaller room with a single twin bed. Downstairs is another bedroom with a full size bed and a pair of wooden bunk beds. In addition there is an alcove with a pullout sofa bed bringing the total to 12 persons.
