'The Place' is a cozy 4-bedroom log home designed and built by our family. Everyone’s ideas were hashed out to create a home filled with modern conveniences, comfort, atmosphere and plenty of activities for everyone. Being active we wanted to be within five minutes of Jay Peak to ski/golf/hike BUT far enough away to escape the crowds. As 'The Place' is built on 4 acres of land in the Sargent’s Farm subdivision, quiet walks, long bike rides, cross-country skiing and snow shoeing are at our doorstep. Stormy weather is never a problem: the game room is equipped with pool, ping pong, air hockey and fuse ball tables; enjoy TV, VCR (library), DVD and board games in the open loft; snuggle up in the living room to a crackling fire while listening to music on the stereo. 'The Place' has a fully equipped kitchen, 3 bathrooms, linens/towels, and washer/dryer. Please call for rates and availability! Maximum of 12 people.
