Just a five to 10 minute walk to either Short or Long Sands beach. Enjoy ocean breezes from the lovely back deck. Home was built in 1997 with an open concept design. Cathedral ceiling living room with ceiling fan opened to fully applianced kitchen with dishwasher, dining room with sliders to deck and new gas grill. Nicely furnished with queen-size bed in master, full in second and bunks in third. Lower level has an additional sofa and love seat with a couple of air mattresses for added sleeping quarters for an occasional guest or two. The laundry room is located in lower level.Paved parking for three or four cars.Cable and internet available.
