Sunset Village rental is quietly located in the middle of 10 Golf clubs and about 1 mile from the Gulf of Mexico. This accommodation offers a heated pool located on the condo property that may be used by renters. Also this rental comes with the Golf option. All renters have the option to becoming a member of 4 nearby golf courses. If you choose this option you will pay $100 ($50 in summer time) per person/week (max. 2 persons per apartment) and you will receive a membership ID. In this case, you will not pay any “green fees” but will be responsible for renting a golf cart (between $10 - $17 depending on course and month), which is mandatory before 2:00 p.m. After 2:00 p.m. you may go on your own and you pay nothing more. Members also do not pay for balls on the driving range. You can play as often as you want or you can get openings.
