Beach Retreat is a grouping of five homes that are all beachside of Estero Blvd that share a large, condo style heated pool. There are 2 four bedroom/three bathroom homes that are beachfront. There is also a 2 bedroom, 2 bath cottage that is also beachfront. The pool and parking are in the middle. There are 2 identical 4 bedroom houses behind the pool which have a partial gulf view, sand at your front steps and are priced consaideravly less. Each house has a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, stove, microwave, dishwasher, washer, dryer, dishes/glasses/pots/pans/etc. Other ammentities include cable TV with DVD and VCR, high speed internet, telephone in living area and master bdrm, charcoal BBQ, patio furniture on deck, two decks, outside shower. The master bdrm has a king bed, ensuite bathroom with whirlpool tub and shower, patio doors onto the second level deck overlooking the beach. The other bedrooms are furnished with queen bed (also with deck access), 2 twin beds, and 2 twin beds(main floor bedroom). There is a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room. Main second floor bathroom has tub/shower, and double sinks. Main floor bathroom has shower.
