This elegant two-storey home has been furnished to a high standard of comfort. The Claddagh Home is situated within the exclusive Palmer Ranch estate in Sarasota, Florida. The Palmer Ranch is a master-planned community with over 10,000 acres encompassing fine residential neighborhoods, parks, restaurants, and natural areas. The home is conveniently located near to the elite islands of Siesta Key and Longboat Key. Sarasota Square Mall, the I-75 Interstate road, Sarasota Bradenton Airport, and Sarasota's downtown cultural, civic and business centres are easily accessible.
The Claddagh Home is a fully air-conditioned property which can accommodate 6 guests in style and comfort. On the First Floor, there is a Living Room open plan with the Dining Room, a further Living Room (the Great Room), a Kitchen and Breakfast area, a powder room and toilet/washroom, a laundry/utility room, an entry foyer, and covered entry. On the Second Floor, there is a Master Bedroom with a King-sized bed and large en-suite facilities.
