Cuba Roof Garden apartment is a wonderful penthouse in the city of Valencia. It is located in the heart of Ruzafa, in Cuba Street. When entering, we found ourselves in the spacious living room with access to the terrace by a large window that opens wide and allows joining the lounge and the terrace like a single great stay to enjoy the magnificent mediterranean light . The living room is fully equipped for comfort: TV, DVD player and a nice fireplace for winter nights a little cooler.The kitchen is fully integrated into this spacious main space. It is very well equipped with everything you may need (washer, dryer, dishwasher, etc ...). The dining table can be extended and accommodate up to 8 guests.Then we enter the sleeping area by a hallway that leads to the four bedrooms and two bathrooms. The two master bedrooms are very big with a double bed of 150cm. One has a furniture with storage compartments and the other has a whole wall with large closets. Each double bedroom is next door to a single room. The separation is a solid wood sliding door, ensuring good privacy in each of the bedrooms.The two bathrooms are modern: one with bath and wc, the other with shower and wc.This house has been renovated with high quality materials. We love the lovely terrace, the brightness and amplitude of the living-room and the plus of the fireplace. It is in a seventh floor with elevator.Air conditioning, heating, and wireless Internet are provided.

Best location in the heart of the old village of Puerto del Carmen in one of the longest established apartment-complexes on site. Small studio in well maintained, quiet location with sea view and pool in front of your balcony. The friendly arrangement with good comfort allows a peaceful break.Although the ground area is small, this studio has everything you might need during your stay. In the small kitchen you prepare small dishes on two ceramic hobs, the flat-screen TV has many German, some English and Spanish channels and radio with CD is not missing. The bathroom was completely renovated recently and also has a washing machine and a large shower.Here you don`t really need a car for your stay if you do not already want to explore the island anyway. Restaurants and bars are right in the immediate vicinity, but without being affected by noise at night. In the apartment-complex a friendly Englishman runs a little day bar, which also prepares snacks. Night's sleep is ensured because the bar is closing about 10pm.
