Sanctuary at Redfish is a gated 64 unit, 3 story complex that does not ‘overwhelm’ the amenities provided, even at peak periods (unlike high rise apartment complexes).A shuttle boat service is provided (Shuttle service runs from March 1st through the end of October) for a quick trip across Big Redfish Lake to our private white sands beach on the Gulf (or paddle across the lake to our private beach in one of the common kayaks, canoes or row boat). An umbrella and two chairs will be set up daily on the beach for our guests (included in the rate). Alternatively, a short 5 minute walk to a private boardwalk also delivers you over the dunes onto the beach - (or back to the condo after an evening beach stroll).WHY SANCTUARY AT REDFISH? The huge pool area (4 pools)is unique and wonderful. We have a fabulous private beach (never overcrowded) which is located far away from other private or public beaches. The lounge area is a great place to recover from the parks! There is ample seating for two families to enjoy the 50 television with surround sound. There is a Wii with games for those family competitions/challenges, a DVD player together with supplied movies and a stereo with ipod conection should you wish to listen to your own music. We also have a PC at the villa with broadband access in addition to wireless access should you need to use your own laptop or PDA. If you need to speak with family or friends, you can do so for free no matter which country they live in. All of the comforts of home!There is a well specified kitchen area which contains a cooker, fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher and just about every essential item you may need. The kitchen leads into the informal dining area. This has an Italian style table with four chairs. There are patio doors which lead to the oversized pool deck, pool with underwater lighting and spa. There are two patio tables with four chairs on each one. Four relaxing sunbeds are provided for your tanning pleasure. The deck is south facing so there's no need to keep moving those sunbeds around chasing the sun! There is a lanai to provide shade if the Floridia sunshine becomes too much.There is also a formal dining area with a beautiful Italian style table and six chairs at the opposite end of the kitchen.The master king bedroom on the ground floor is huge! It has a 20' flat screen and beautiful furniture. There is a ceiling fan for that gentle breeze. There is a large en-suite which has double marble sinks with vanity unit and a large bath tub. There is an enclosed shower and of course a toilet. There is also a supplied hair dryer. There is also a large walk in wardrobe with lots of hanging space and shelves.The second master queen bedroom is located on the second level and has a large fitted wardrobe. Connected to this room is an en-suite bathroom with a marble sink with a vanity unit, full bath, shower and toilet.All bedrooms have televisions with cable TV.One of the twin rooms (Disney Room) resides on the ground floor with the remainder on the second level. Beautiful soft furnishings give these rooms an immediate feeling of peace and tranquillity. All rooms have built in wardrobes. Two of these rooms share the family bathroom and one has the use of the ground floor shower room with marble sink with a vanity unit, toilet and shower.The laundry room has a washer, dryer, iron, ironing board and a vacuum cleaner.There is a games room which has a full sized pool table, air hockey and table football. There is also a Playstation 2 connected to a 28' television to keep the kids occupied. There is a good selection of games provided.We haven't forgot about our baby guests! This villa is like being home, away from home. Comfortable, bright, spacious and affordable, this is a place that is ideal for many groups of sun-seekers: families, couples, small group of friends. There are 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. It has everything you need to stay comfortable, just buy your groceries! It also has a washer, dryer, dishwasher, BBQ, HD channels galore, internet and phone (for local & long-distance calls to other states and Canada). The villa can fit up to 8 adults (there is a elevated queen air mattress for 2 that you can use in the livingroom).The villa is located in a quiet neighbourhood, with swimming pool and a little lake. Beside the community is a trail where you can walk, jog, bike, rollerblade, etc. It is a 15 mins walk (or 3 mins drive) to community recreation centre with basketball & tennis courts, playground and outdoor pool (open in summer only). Within a 15 mins walk you can find restaurants (fast food…Papa John’s Pizza, McDonald's, Steak & Shake, Quizno’s...), a grocery/pharmacy store (Walgreens, like ShoppersDM) and a discount store (Big Lots, like Zellers). Larger grocery stores and malls are only 5-10 mins drive away! Want to go to the beach? It's a 15mins drive to Clearwater Beach (and Pier 60) or 5 mins drive to Campbell Courney beach. Disney World is less than 2 hours away, so a day trip is possible. Also Busch Gardens is 40mins away (amusement park) and there are many touristy things to do in Clearwater...zoo, aquarium, boat tours, museums, beautiful neighbourhoods to explore (like Tarpon Springs). Renter must be 25 years of age or older. PAYMENT POLICY:Rates are quoted in US Dollar. To secure your dates, we ask you put down a deposit of 25% of total rental cost, 7 days from the day of booking. This deposit is non-refundable and will go toward your total rental payment. A $60 cleaning fee and a $100 damage/key refundable deposit is added to your total and will be returned 10 business days after checkout, as long as property is left damage-free and keys are left behind. Full payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. Personal checks (in U.S. funds) and Paypal are accepted forms of payment.CANCELLATION POLICY:If you need to cancel 30 days or more before check-in, you will receive 75% of total rental cost (if you’ve paid in full) back, minus the 25% reservation deposit.If you need to cancel within 30 days of check-in, the rental payment would be forfeited, thus no payment will be refunded.
