Our apartment was fully renovated in Jan 2013 and refurbished and is very well maintained and comfortable - It is in a quiet yet very central area of Las Vegas. The complex has a heated pool and Jacuzzi.This apartment is located in Summerlin, in the north-western part of Las Vegas. Only 15 minutes away from the world famous Las Vegas Strip. It offers everything you need to feel comfortable.The living room features an LCD TV with 254 U.S. and international channels plus 5 German channels, a stereo system with CD player. A pre-paid mobile phone is at your disposal. The kitchen and the dining room serves 4 persons. The 1st bedroom has a king size bed (1.94m wide) and an attached bathroom. The 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed (1.52m wide) and bathroom. Both the bedrooms have German duvets (light and anti-allergic) and standard U.S. bed sheets.Just 300m away is the Charlie Kellogg and Joe Zaher Sports Complex. There you can jog for free, use fitness equipment, play football and tennis. Shops are reachable within 800m. If you want to do without a car, you have the opportunity to use the RTC bus system. The nearest stop to the south is 350m away from the apartment (scheduled time table is there in the apartment).
