Aptly named, Tropical Sands Resort is a tropical oasis centered around a sun-splashed sun deck and palm-filled courtyard. Here, the beach is just across the street, beckoning you to relax in the inviting waters of the Gulf as the kids build a sandcastle on the shore.
The near constant temperatures make almost every day a day at the beach. Hop on a jet ski or go windsurfing and ride the waves. Take to the sky in a parasail or charter a fishing boat for an exciting day at sea.
If you prefer a break from the beach, you can always bask in the sun by the pool and hot tub, explore the island by bike, or relax in the privacy of your large screened-in porch.
After a day in the sun, cook up some burgers or steaks on the outdoor grills. We also host various social activities throughout the week such as cookouts, root beer float socials and bingo-by-the-pool.
