One and two bedroom apartments available in Qawra, footsteps away from the touristic promenade. Our apartments are only recently built with brand new furniture. They have a lift with access to all floors. Each apartment is well equipped with a kitchenette / living room, private bathroom, TV, FREE basic WIFI and air conditioning (central heating/ cooling). A washing machine is also available in each apartment. All apartments have a small balcony at the back and in the two bedroom apartments one finds a spacious balcony on the front overlooking country views. Bus Stop, butcher shop, grocer and a stationery shop are all within walking distance. All other amenities can be found within 10 minutes walking distance.

On the ground floor there is a twin bedroom with a stylish Jacuzzi en-suite bathroom, and a separate shower room.The key to relaxation after a long day exploring Gozo's multi cultural heritage is a dip into the magnificent pool, with built in corner steps and with a separate circular children's pool, sunny throughout the day and facing south.There is also a built in barbecue for guests' use. Facing the pool is a partially covered terrace with bamboo sticks providing shade from the heat of the sun in summer and is equipped with outdoor dining furniture. It is an ideal place for children to play. Stepping inside the villa, you enter the light and airy open plan living space. With the wooden beamed ceiling and south facing windows, you are presented with a flight of stone stairs. The large child friendly landing with wide French doors overlooking the pool area leads to the three bedrooms on the first floor and to the laundry room on the second floor. Leading off this area is a triple bedroom with an en suite shower room.

Villa Lyss Apartment' is located in a tranquil and peaceful location in the village of Mellieha found in the northern part of Malta. This stylish apartment is set within an exclusive privately owned villa residence perched on a hilltop. The tastefully decorated apartment has 2 bedrooms, and shares a larger than average pool of 45' x 15', surrounded by a large sundeck area decorated with palm trees and shrubs which add a relaxed feeling together with sun loungers and parasols to compliment the area around the pool.

Xlendi :Xlendi is a small fishing village situated in the South West part of the island of Gozo. It is surrounded by the villages of Munxar, Fontana and Kercem. Sheltered by breathtaking cliffs and a valley that leads to the sea, Xlendi is an admirably scenic bay. Xlendi is well-known for the pebbly beach which is good for swimming and sunbathing and it is also sought by many for unique and impressive diving sites that have a highly clear visibility. Many restaurants surround the bay offering the tourist a taste of local fresh fish and traditional food. Another unique feature of the area of Xlendi is the extensive countryside where one can walk along the winding rocky paths to get to the centre of Xlendi.Numerous caves enclose the sides of the bay. One of the most known and visited caves is the cave called Ta’ Karolina which rests on the right cliffs of Xlendi. The cave is named after Caroline Cauchi, a wealthy lady who used to own the cave. The secluded Ta’ Karolina cave is accessible by stairs leading from the bay, over the cliffs and down to the cave where one can also swim in deeper water. Another cave is that called Catherine of Siena Cave which is further away from the bay, also on the right side. This cave has strikingly clear blue waters. A church had been built above the cave by locals in the 1600’s and the cave is named after the saint to which the church was dedicated.Even though Xlendi is a tiny village, it still has its own village “festa” every first Sunday of September, dedicated to the patron saint. This “festa” is very popular with locals and tourists for the traditional water games that are organised. On the left side of Xlendi bay there is also another small valley. This valley, called Il-Kantra, is quite deep and it is inhabited by many types of flora and fauna since there is minimal human interference.

Taking a days trip to the well known and bustling Marsaskala Seaside Village and Sunday Market is a great day out to buy local speciality cheeses, olives, rustic breads and of course local crafts and gifts to take home. So much is within easy reach from Kalkara by foot, water taxi and local bus, while hiring a car is recommended for day excursions and further afield adventures of the island. There are frequent buses that stop within 200m either side of the house, that go to and from Valletta. and there is a great taxi service available right in the village square from the local garage. This well furnished self catering Air-conditioned 2 bedroom apartment is located in the south of malta, 5 to 10 minutes walk from the sea and fishing village of Marsascala. The apartment is in a small block of apartments,-on the 1st floor. On entering through the common entrance you have a spacious hall leading to 2 bedrooms on your right (1 double and the other has 2 single beds in bunk bed style - these beds can be re- arranged as two separate single beds). The bedrooms are spacious and equipped with wardrobes, dressing table etc. In between the bedrooms is the bathroom which has a full size bath and shower, washbasin and neat towel storage shelving. A washing machine is available here. The living area comprises of a sofa that opens up as an extra bed , ideal when the two bedrooms are occupied. There is a TV with local channels, of which some English programs are often shown during the day.The open plan kitchen and dining area is adjacent to the living area, stylish in design creating a welcoming warm feeling to make you feel at home. The kitchen is equipped with all modern appliances for your self catering requirements during your holiday in malta. From the apartment location you will be close to the sea, amenities and all you need to cater for yourself whilst on holiday in malta . A long terrace is accessible from the living area.The village of Marsascala Malta is an old fishing village, you will find two beaches and restaurants in the main area. Other towns and villages are not far away as Malta is a small island , however we always recommend hiring a car if you want to get around more freely. On the other hand a bus stop is only a few minutes walk, which takes you to Valletta ( Capital city) from there you can take another bus to any other town or village on the island.

Bath and beach towels were provided and these are changed once every week along with the bedding if staying over 7 days. A nice, quiet apartment block. It is conveniently located just a short walk from shops, bars, restaurants. Bugibba Square is only minutes away by foot, similarly it’s just a short walk to the nearest beach and has very easy access to the Bus Station. Mrs R Hooper August 2012. The apartment is located in a close proximity to the Bugibba bus station from where you can easily travel to any part of the island, close to several pubs, shops and restaurants. The closest beach and the sea are just a few minutes walk. The apartment is well kept and clean. The house has recently been renovated yet with expertise the old features were maintained. All the electricity and water systems are new. The colour scheme on the walls is modern, with beautiful paintings yet the tiling is old to bring out the Mediterranean character of the house. The hand-painted patterned tiles are a beautiful feature of this house. There is also a typical Maltese balcony.

The flat is surrounded by hotels, dining places and shops. The bus terminus is a few minutes away on foot. The rocky beach too is within walking distance.
