All the water sports, swimming and sandy beach fun you want is right at your doorstep. The house is in easy walking distance to downtown Sandpoint. Feel like a coffee? Starbucks is a 8 minute walk. Sandpoint is blessed with some really great (and affordable) restaurants that are a quick stroll away. Want to people watch? City beach is a 10 minute walk. Other local attractions include Switzer Mountain Resort (20 minute drive), Silverwood amusement park (30 minute drive) and the Sandpoint Marina.
