Library, post office, bank, pharmacy, gift shops and deli all walking or biking distance. Area is safe and secure by local police/crime watch. Certain times of year loggerhead turtles migrate along the beach and may be viewed. Also, porpoise and whale sightings are common. Golf Courses are within a 20 minutes drive; the closest is Spessard Holland (designed by Arnold Palmer). Excellent fishing charters to the south at Sebastian Inlet or north at Port Canaveral.
