This Condo is a centrally located, second level, 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, spacious southwest style space with mountain views and is located in the privated gated community of the pointe Tapito Cliffs. The large Master Beddroom has a kind-size bed, television, walk in closet, and large master bathroom. The second bedroom has 2 long twin beds that can be made into a king-size bed. In the living room there is a queen sized sleeper sofa that will sleep two, allowing six adults to sleep comfortably in this Condo. The space provides everything you will need such as a full sized kitchen with pots, pans, dishes, and other appliances included. There is also a full laundry room with washer and dryer, local telephone service, cable TV, VCD and DVD player, and a radio with a CD player. With high speed cable internet�and the close proximity to downtown it make a great location for business travelers. The Gated community is quiet and works well if you need to set up your laptop and use the condo as an office. It is also nice for quiet mornings on the private patio area to enjoy the day and the fresh air. The community is equipped 3 three heated pools along with hot tubs, showers, restrooms, gasgrills, and lounge chairs to relax and enjoy the warm sun. Tennis and basketball courts are also available for use. Location is very close to shopping, movie rentals, grocery stores, hiking and biking trails, horseback riding, and endless golf. The Hilton Pointe resort is located just up the street. Activities in the valley: In the valley there are over 200 golf courses, shopping of all kinds, sightseeing, rafting, hiking, mountain climbing and biking, rock climbing, zoos, wildlife parks, horseback riding, museums, movie theaters, restaurants, night life, etc. The central location makes it a perfect place to stay when you come to Phoenix for Football games, baseball spring training, race track events, and much more! The kitchen features the original cast iron sink, plus refrigerator, microwave and hot plate. The bedroom has a queen size bed and adjacent private bathroom with shower. A mix of furnishings, including some vintage pieces, fill this suite.The Science Studio: Large windows face north toward the old Albion campus in this charming studio. The combined living room/bedroom is furnished with an eclectic mix, including an electric fireplace. The separate dining and kitchen area includes a fridge, microwave and hot plate. The private bathroom includes a shower. There is a semi-private entry into this studio.For those who are looking for a more authentically "historic" experience at Albion Guest House, consider one of our classrooms, which have been remodeled into attractive bedrooms. These rooms contain sections of the original chalkboards with teachers notes still clearly legible, vintage maps, a variety of teaching materials, or other memorabilia.The Arts & Crafts Room: In this room the local seniors made quilts and other crafts. It has a mix of vintage furnishings, including a full-size bed, a twin bed, a dresser and an original student desk. We have preserved the unique "party-colored" patchwork style carpeting. In keeping with olden times, the bathroom is down the hall. For your comfort and convenience there is an electric fireplace and a mini-fridge.The Geography Room: This spacious room, with 13 foot high ceilings, has four large windows that face the setting sun. The furnishings are a mix of vintage pieces including a queen-size bed, and a full-size bed, an antique dresser, and an original student's work table. As a modern touch, there is an electric fireplace and a mini-fridge.The History Room: This cozy room is furnished with an antique full-size bed and small vintage dresser. Two large windows face north towards a picturesque view of the original Albion campus. There is a mini-fridge for your convenience and an electric fireplace for your comfort. The bathroom is just a few steps down the hall.The Math Room: This room has large northern facing windows, with a beautiful view of the original Albion campus. Furnishings include a full-size bed and secretary-dresser, an electric fireplace and a mini-fridge.The Advanced Math Room: This is the same Math Room as mentioned above with the added feature of a private bathroom with clawfoot tub.
