There is central air conditioning and heat. The lower level has a kitchen with a refrigerator, washing machine, drier, electric stove and oven and a sink. There is also a pantry. The living room and dinette has a color TV and CD player. There is also a DVD player.There is a small lower deck off of the living room with a table and chairs.
