The living-dining-kitchen area, separate game room, two open decks, and a large screened porch insure that there is plenty of space for everyone!The Wrens' Nest sits on a high ridge above Maggie Valley, 2 miles above Ghost Town and 2 miles below the Cataloochee Ski Area. The driveway is level, so you can drive into the garage and walk into the house without carrying luggage and groceries up a flight of stairs. The main living area consists of a spacious living-dining-kitchen space, master suite, office, laundry/mud room, deck, and covered porch. The living area boasts 25 foot wood ceilings, walnut floors, fabulous galley kitchen with a huge granite island, wood burning fireplace, bar, and long mountain views from every window. The master suite is a peaceful retreat. The bedroom has a king bed, sitting area, large LCD TV and DVD player and spendid views of the mountains. Just outside is a 2-3 person hot tub! The master bath has a deep soaking tub, walk in shower, double vanity, TV, and best of all...heated floors!The decks on the main level greatly expand the living space, especially in summer and fall. We have a grilling deck with two grills, one gas and one charcoal, plus a large covered porch with cozy rockers and dining table, and the spacious rear deck with lots of seating, views, and the hot tub!On the lower level is a spacious game room with large flat screen TV, game table, wet bar, and lots of comfy seating. Three additional bedrooms, includinga super bunk room, and 2 baths complete this level. Two bedrooms and the game room open onto a long covered porch and the mountain views beyond!

A free public boat ramp with easy access to the Intercoastal waterway, North Shore Country Club, Seaview Fishing Pier, Royal Dunes sound side park, shopping and restaurants are less that 5 minutes away.Upon entering you’ll realize that this beachfront home is really special! Hardwood floors, 9-foot ceilings with fans and large windows with fabulous ocean views greet you. The great room, with its comfortable couches and chairs is equipped with big screen TV, stereo, fireplace and bar with beverage center. The kitchen, with its granite countertops and stainless steel appliances was designed for the discerning chef. There is a separate oceanfront dining room with glass on 3 sides and large dining table with seating for 12. On the oceanfront porch and deck, you can enjoy the fresh ocean breezes from on of several rocking chairs or from the hot tub. Stairs from the deck lead to a dune crossover to the beach and a spiral staircase leads to the top floor deck.On the sound side of the house there are two bedrooms. The first is master suite with a full bathroom. The second has a double bead fold out couch. There are 4 bedrooms on the top level of the home. Two are sound side, both with a standard bunk bed and a pyramid bunk bed, separate bathrooms and share a sound side deck with great sunset views.There are two large oceanfront Master bedroom suites with vaulted ceilings. Both baths have dual sinks and an oversized shower. There is a Jacuzzi tub in one of the suites. Enjoy the great views from each suite or from one of several rocking chairs on the top floor oceanfront deck, accessible from each suite.
