The mix of perfumes that exude from the plants and trees and the sight of fresh fruit like oranges, lemons, limes and other fruits delight the senses. The splendid Greek Orthodox Church is open to visitors. If you are fortunate enough to come across a wedding taking place it is acceptable to go in and watch the incredible ceremony.Intermingled but not detracting from it, one can find all the modern essentials for living. Kiosks, shops, hairdressers, banks and the like. There is a good sized well stocked supermarket with it's own coffee shop within, which sells a wide variety of Traditional cakes and pastries. Around a leisurely 10-15 minutes walk from the Maisonette there is a unique 'UK' shop that stock many 'brand' named products of food, as well as toiletries and general goods. Immediately opposite is a Cypriot Express supermarket that sells all things Greek, so the combination of the two gives plenty of choice on the door step. This executive villa, completed in October 2009, is situated on a quiet road on the outskirts of Tala Village. There is also a covered open garage to keep the car cool in the summer. Local shops (mini market, pharmacy) are a ten minute walk away, and Tala Square in about 3 minutes in the car.Living room: This is an open plan room with patior doors to the covered patio and views of the swimming pool. The TV has sky satelite (limited) DVD recorder, Nilestat, and there are a number of DVD's to watch. Wifi connection is available. Dining Room at the rear has a glass topped table with 6 leather chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, grill, washing machine, and between the kitchen and dining room there is a granite breakfast bar with two bright chairs.The main bedroon has twin beds, built in cupboards, chest of drawers, dressing ta ble, and door out onto balcany with views of the seas of Chloraka. There is also an en-suite bathroom. Bedrooms 2 and 3 are the same in size, one having a 5ft double bed and the other having two twin beds. Both have built in cupboards, and a dressing table with extra drawers.The family bathroom has a bath with shower over. Due to the light furnishings of the property children under 5 are not accepted. Books, games eg. Rumikub, Backgammon, Travel Scrabble, Cards, and some paperbacks are for you enjoyment. Books about Cyprus plus a file on where to eat and where to go are at the villa.There is a set of mens and ladies golf clubs which you may use. There are 4 golf clubs within a 20-40 minutes range. Bowls at Corol Bay are ab out 15 minutes away, but short mat bowling is in the next village.
