This Newly Built and well equipped two storey villa has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms which includes one en-suite. It is one of only four villas and It is in a pleasant rural location yet conveniently situated to explore the tourist attractions of Paphos and surrounding area. The beautiful village of Kathikas is just a 5 minute walk away. There are several Tavernas, Coffee shop, Sports bar, 2 Local convenient stores, Hairdresser and Bank. The beach of Coral Bay and the quaint harbour of Latchi are just a 20 minute drive away and the popular village of Peyia 10 minutes. As well as a private pool the Villa has a Patio Area at the rear with barbecue. Kathikas is situated between Paphos and Polis/Latchi. This makes it an ideal base from which to explore such areas as Polis, The Baths of Aphrodite, The Akamas Peninsula, Lara Bay, To mention but a few.It is a pretty village that retains its old world character. Situated next to the harbour is the Ancient Mosaic floors found within the ruins of a Roman settlement considered to be the finest in the eastern mediterranean. Other attraction in that area are the Tomb of the Kings where a necropolis of 100 tombs dating back to the 3rd century BC are located. On the Kato Paphos side there is a Waterpark always a favourite with the children.Heading west from Paphos you will find Coral Bay Beach an ideal safe family beach which is wide sandy and not too rough, continuing west you will come across Lara Bay where Tutles come to lay their eggs and one of the reasons that Lara Bay is now a protected nature reserve.Driving inland from the coast you will pass through a variety of scenery and many villages each with its own charming little character. The Troodos Mountains can be reached by driving through the interia but the quickest route is via the Limassol motorway where you will come off the motorway just prior to Limassol.

This executive villa, completed in October 2009, is situated on a quiet road on the outskirts of Tala Village. It has three bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, downstairs toilet, open plan lounge, dining room, kitchen. Outside there is a covered patio area, which has a table and 6 chairs, barbecue, and overlooks the private pool. There are also 6 loungers and 2 umbrellas. There is also a covered open garage to keep the car cool in the summer. Local shops (mini market, pharmacy) are a ten minute walk away, and Tala Square in about 3 minutes in the car.Living room: This is an open plan room with patior doors to the covered patio and views of the swimming pool. The TV has sky satelite (limited) DVD recorder, Nilestat, and there are a number of DVD's to watch. Wifi connection is available. Dining Room at the rear has a glass topped table with 6 leather chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, grill, washing machine, and between the kitchen and dining room there is a granite breakfast bar with two bright chairs.The main bedroon has twin beds, built in cupboards, chest of drawers, dressing ta ble, and door out onto balcany with views of the seas of Chloraka.
