Car, bikes, bicycles are many to rent and may be you need them for one day only and not all days. We can provide you with everything if you let us know that you are coming a week earlier the number of people, names-age, couples, girls, boys, disabled, we may be able to transfer you from paphos airport on arrivals and departures of paphos airport only. Our villa is also suitable for weddings, and is available all over the year and is being all time under maintenance contract and everything functions properly 100%. It sleeps max 10 people, that is for instants it sleps 4 couples or 10 singles or may be 2 families with their children for example let us say one couple in the first bedroom second couple in the second bedroom third bedroom for the girls and fourth bedroom for the boys.This holiday villa is build on 3 levels, the ground floor consists of living room and a kitchen/one bedroom en-siute/laundry room/2 verandas and it is in this floor only where a wheel chair is moving, is possible to move for the people with dissability also can move in the garden and pool area, now steps leading to the upper floor, now the first floor with attractive sea view of graphical paphos city consists of 2 bedrooms en-suite/small kitcshen/2 verandas of which one is very large and is got a tv with skybox and finally steps from outside leading to the sun deck where is the second floor of the building the loft and inside the loft there is another bedroom the 4th bedroom en-suite with 4 single beds. Beds can be done the way you want them double or single depending on how many persons are coming, let us know before your arrival and how you will lay in the bedrooms. We can provide you with a baby cot and a special chair for the baby to sit and eat. Outdoor lights which is a must are available everywhere and pool lighting and comes on with timer as it gets dark. We have large, very long, and wide and thick towels for the sunbeds no need to bring from your home since it is so heavy to carry and you can travel more easily and comfortable. We are close to the tourist area which is 10 to 15 minutes drive and your also safe and living in a peaceful quiet area no construction around it. Dining table to accommodate 10 people and more.

This executive villa, completed in October 2009, is situated on a quiet road on the outskirts of Tala Village. It has three bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, downstairs toilet, open plan lounge, dining room, kitchen. Outside there is a covered patio area, which has a table and 6 chairs, barbecue, and overlooks the private pool. There are also 6 loungers and 2 umbrellas. There is also a covered open garage to keep the car cool in the summer. Local shops (mini market, pharmacy) are a ten minute walk away, and Tala Square in about 3 minutes in the car.Living room: This is an open plan room with patior doors to the covered patio and views of the swimming pool. The TV has sky satelite (limited) DVD recorder, Nilestat, and there are a number of DVD's to watch. Wifi connection is available. Dining Room at the rear has a glass topped table with 6 leather chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, grill, washing machine, and between the kitchen and dining room there is a granite breakfast bar with two bright chairs.The main bedroon has twin beds, built in cupboards, chest of drawers, dressing ta ble, and door out onto balcany with views of the seas of Chloraka. There is also an en-suite bathroom. Bedrooms 2 and 3 are the same in size, one having a 5ft double bed and the other having two twin beds. Both have built in cupboards, and a dressing table with extra drawers.The family bathroom has a bath with shower over. Due to the light furnishings of the property children under 5 are not accepted. Books, games eg. Rumikub, Backgammon, Travel Scrabble, Cards, and some paperbacks are for you enjoyment. Books about Cyprus plus a file on where to eat and where to go are at the villa.There is a set of mens and ladies golf clubs which you may use. There are 4 golf clubs within a 20-40 minutes range. Bowls at Corol Bay are ab out 15 minutes away, but short mat bowling is in the next village.
