Walking down hill from Ikaria Village, one soon meets the main 'Tomb of the Kings Road' which leads to Paphos Harbour in one direction and Coral Bay in the other. Going toward Paphos soon brings you into and area with plenty of choice of Restaurants, Bars, Cafe's, Cypriot Tavernas and activities. This takes about 10-15 walking and is ideal for those who want to dine out but not drink and drive. Every type of cuisine can be found. Naturally Greek, but also or example Thai, Chinese, Indian, Polinesien, Italian, French and good old Fish and Chips. Bars range from Irish to Cypriot. From those with Kariokee and others which are Sports TV orientated to the more sophisticated and quiet. In other words bars for every taste. The seven excavated tombs are scattered over a wide area and all are accessible to the public.HOUSE OF DIONYSOS:>The mesmerizing collection of intricate and colorful mosaics in the southern sector of the archaeological site, immediately south of the Agora, is a pleasure to discover. Found by accident during leveling operations in 1962, these exquisite mosaics decorated the extensive floor area of a large, wealthy residence from the Roman period. The mosaics are regarded as one of the best places to see in Cyprus.
