Our three bedroom retreat is spacious enough to accommodate up to eight guests. The bedrooms have four double beds. The bathrooms are well stocked with all moderns amenities. You will be delighted to cook your favorite recipes in the fully equipped kitchen.For entertainment, this child friendly vacation villa has TV, cable TV, satellite TV, CD stereo and DVD player for you to gather over your favorite movies, music and sitcoms. The patio is perfect for lounging and working on your tan. A pool table is also there for you to play couple of friendly games. Sorry, no pets and no smoking please. A safe swimming beach is at a short distance away. Water parks are also near by.

Rent my personal unit while im in the US. Very nicely decorated. I challenge you to find a nicer unit for the same price. You will enjoy your own personal Washer and dryer within the unit. Also I added Google TV by Logitech, now you can log in your facebook, chat, youtube, search the web, check/send email, all from the 32" TV..really cool. Fantastic view of Makati from the 22nd floor. Walk to all of makati's hot night clubs, bars and restuarants. All this with 5 star service at a price you cant beat. Come live like a king in the Philippines, you might not want to come back! The townhouse is quite large. It has 3 bedrooms and 1 maid's room. There are 5 double beds, 2 single beds and one double deck (for the maids). It has complete kitchen equipment and utensils. 2 Cable TV sets are provided. 2 cars can park inside the garage and another 2 cars can park on the street. Sorry, we do not allow pets inside the townhouse.
