Rules:
Exceeding the number of people noted on the Booking Confirmation Sheet is not permissible and will result in the booking being terminated with no refund of money paid, unless an increase in the number of persons per booking is arranged prior to date of arrival. The increase may or may not result in an increase in tariff.
We request, with respect to neighbours, that there are no parties and that noise and sound levels of music are kept to a minimum at all times.
CHILD POLICY -
Children are welcome. We ask that you do not bring crayons or texta colours into Drop Inn and a porta-cot and a high chair will be available upon request (prior to commencement of occupancy) at no extra charge.
DAMAGES, BREAKAGES AND LOSSES –
Tenants are responsible for all damages, breakages and losses incurred during the term of their occupancy. We ask that you advise us of any mishaps or loss prior to your departure, for which you will be required to pay.
SECURITY DEPOSIT (BOND) -
Your security deposit (bond) will be refunded in full within 7 days of your departure, subject to satisfactory inspection of the property after your departure.
If no damages, breakages and/or losses have occurred during the term of your occupancy, it is our policy to refund your security deposit (bond) in full as soon as possible.
PERSONAL PROPERTY -
No responsibility will be taken by the Owner or Booking Agent for tenants' personal property.
INDEMNITY -
The tenants will indemnify the Owner against all liability which might otherwise attach to the Owner as a result of injury, damage or loss being personal or proprietary, suffered by any person where such injury, damage or loss has been caused by or contributed to by any act or occasion of the tenants, his agents or invites. These conditions are an agreement between the parties. Any infringement of the above conditions permits the Owner to refuse a key, amend the rental or immediately terminate the tenancy.
