All Rates in US Dollars.
$3500 per week for Christmas/New Years (2 week minimum).
The deposit is forfeited if cancelled 45 days before arrival.
A 50% deposit is required to confirm a reservation. Upon receipt of initial deposit check, written confirmation is sent along with additional information for your stay. The remainder is due 30 days prior to arrival. $250 refundable security deposit required.
