Cancellation Policy:
In the event you need to cancel, for cancellations less than two weeks from date of arrival your deposit will be NON-REFUNDABLE and you will be charged for the balance of your reservations. In the event you have not notified us of a cancellation or you do not show the total amount for your accommodations reserved will be charged to the credit card you provided.
A 14 day cancellation policy is in effect prior to check in date, and must be in writing via email or fax. *21 day cancellation notice required for Christmas/New Years/Easter Weeks.
A one night deposit will be charged to the credit card you have provided for each room reservation. For muliple rooms we require current credit card(s) to secure your reservation for each room.
