	Payment Policy: All Rates in UD Dollars Payments accepted by personal check 1/2 at signing Balance due 60 days prior to arrival
	Cancellation Policy: All money returned if re-rented at full price. Any less than full price, amount of difference will be deducted from deposit before returned. I will refund 100% if you have provided me enough notice to re-rent the property at the same rate. If I am only able to re-rent the property at a lessor rate, I will refund the difference to you. It is not my intention to charge any type of cancellation fee. If I am not financially hurt by your cancellation....nor shall you be.
	Rules: You are responsible for your travel arrangements to the resort and all expenses incurred by you while in residence. You will be held liable in the event there is a charge-back for damages you make to the property.
	Check In Time: 4 PM Check Out Time: 11 AM Time Zone: Eastern

MAID SERVICE :

Full Maid/Linen service 1x mid-week (usually Weds).
