	Payment Policy: All rates in British Pounds. All rates are in UK pounds.The rental rate for this property varies with the seasons.
	Cancellation Policy: For cancellations more than 21 days prior to arrival, there is a fee of £80 OR 2 nights rent. For cancellation less than 14 days prior to arrival and more than 7 days prior to arrival there is a fee of £120 OR 3 nights rent OR the entire deposit.There are no refunds for cancellations less than 7 days prior to arrival. Travel insurance is advised.
	Rules: ABSOLUTELY NO PETS ALLOWED: Those in breach of this rule are subject to a fee equal to 25% of their rental fee.
