Payment Policy: All Rates in US Dollars.

Nightly Rate per Site:-$ 26.00 plus GST

Weekly Rate per Site:- $170.00 plus GST

Summer Monthly Rate per Site:- $650.00 plus GST (This includes all electricity.)

Winter Monthly Rate per Site:- $650.00 plus GST (This includes all electricity.)

Seasonal lot (May 1 to September 30) Based on Availability

Firewood:- $ 6.00 or bring your own firewood

Winter storage (November 1 to March 30):- $50.00 per month based on availability

Cancellation Policy: we require 7 days cancellation notice, or we charge one night accommodation fee. If reservation is booked within 7 days, it is a Firm Booking and you will be charged for one night.

Rules: Cabin Rates:

Rate is $99.00 per night plus taxes, based on double occupancy. Children 10 and under are free if sharing the same cabin with an adult. Each additional adult is $30.00 plus taxes per night.

Weekly Rate is $400.00 for single occupancy, $500.00 for double occupancy.
