POLICIES :

	Payment Policy: All Rates in US Dollars. Rate is $99.00 per night plus taxes, based on double occupancy. Children 10 and under are free if sharing the same cabin with an adult. Each additional adult is $30.00 plus taxes per night. Weekly Rate is $400.00 for single occupancy, $500.00 for double occupancy.
	Cancellation Policy: we require 7 days cancellation notice, or we charge one night accommodation fee. If reservation is booked within 7 days, it is a Firm Booking and you will be charged for one night.
	Check In Time: 4PM-6PM Check Out Time: 11AM Time Zone: Mountain
