  POLICIES :
 
Payment Policy: 25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 45 days in advance). There is no security/damage deposit required. Rates are quoted in Canadian Dollar. Money orders, VISA, Master Card are accepted forms of payment.
 
Cancellation Policy: If you cancel less than 45 days prior, there is no refund.
 
Rules: All units have a $75.00 cleaning fee, $50 will be charged if the pool keys lost
