	Payment Policy: * Cleaning fee: $80 for 1 bedroom, $95 for 2 bedrooms, and $120 for 3 & 4 bedrooms * Parking is additional $10/day, $60/week and $150/month * Prices are based on double occupancy for 1 bedroom suites and quadruple occupancy for 2 and 3 bedroom suites * Extra occupant charge of $15/person per day * Children 13 and under stay free * Well behaved and non-shedding pets are welcome in some suites for an extra charge
	Cancellation Policy: . CANCELLATIONS – a thirty (30) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than thirty (30) days prior to the arrival date will incur no further penalty than the $500 reservation deposit. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made less than thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the damage/reservation deposit. Deposits are only refundable in the event that the suite can be re-rented at the same booking rate. Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent or deposit. In any case that the suite becomes unavailable for unforeseen reasons, Suiteliving will have the right to substitute for a similar property within the same area and price range. If comparable accommodation is not available, Suiteliving will refund the guests’ deposit and final payment in full.
