POLICIES :

	Payment Policy: All Rates in Canadian Dollars. $135.00 - $155.00 5% GST. Plus $20.00 per night for extra person. We require a deposit of 50% in order to secure your accommodations.
	Cancellation Policy: Because we are a small establishment, cancellations affect us considerably. Reservations cancelled less than 30 days before arrival will only have their deposits refunded if the room can be re-booked, less a $50.00 administration fee.
	Rules: Our establishment is not suitable for children under 10 years of age. We are pleased to offer a "Smoke-Free Environment", although smoking is allowed outdoors on your balcony. Check-in time is 3:30pm and Check-out time is 11:00am unless otherwise arranged. Local calls are free but you will require a Calling Card for long distance calls. No pets allowed.
