POLICIES :

	Payment Policy: Deposit of 50% due upon renting with balance due 30 days before rental date. Will accept personal checks, Cashiers Checks, Money Orders and Credit Cards (through PayPal with a 2.9% surcharge for credit cards).
	Cancellation Policy: Suggest travel insurance for reimbursement of rental fees for emergencies. No refunds given but alternate rental dates are offered if cancellation is given 30 days before rental date.
	Rules: For 3 years my guests have been considerate and aware of keeping the environment inside and outside the apartment immaculate. I have not had to impose any rules since I only rent to the best audience!
	Check In Time: Noon Check Out Time: Noon Time Zone: Eastern

MAID SERVICE :

Maid service is provided before your trip and when you leave. Additional service can be provided for an additional cost.
