Payment Policy: Prices are quoted in £s. 45.00/80.00 per night and 270.00/420.00 per week. depending on caravan and time of stay. Shortbreaks are price according to number of nights stay. Deposit equal to one nights stay is required at time of booking. Balance is due 6 weeks prior to commemncement of holiday, or at time of booking if less than 6 weeks to commencement.

Cancellation Policy: All booking deposits are non-refundable Payment is due a full six weeks before commencement of holiday. Failure to do so could result in loss of booking, as the owner reserves the right to re-book after that date. In the event of cancellation after payment of final invoice, refunds shall not be paid, except, in the event of the owner being able to fully re-book the vacancy. In which case a refund will be made less a handling charge of 30% All bookings paid for by credit/debit card, will incur cancellation charges.

Rules: Caravans that include dogs will be charge @ £4 per night extra, not all caravans are available for dog occupuncy, please state your preferance at time of booking. Any person bring a dog, must consider others and clean up after it and despose of it sensibly. The swimming pool does not have a lifesaver on duty, you are advised to adhere to the pool rules. No under 15 year olds are allowed to swim un-accompanied. The hirer may occupy the caravan from 12 noon on the day of arrival, unless other arrangements have been made. The caravan must be vacated by 10 am on the day of departure. On or prior to the expiration of the period of hire, the hirer shall return the caravan to the owner, in as good an order and condition as it was prior to occupancy. The owner reserves the right to terminate any holiday, at any time.
