	Cancellation Policy: Once the deposit has been paid it is non refundable. Cancellations up to 30 days prior to commencment of booking will be refunded in full less the deposit. Less than 30 days cancellation notice refunds will be at the discretion of the owner if the property can be re-booked.
	Rules: Regret no pets,no smoking(only on balcony) and no children under 8 years of age.
