POLICIES :

	Payment Policy: All rates are in UK Pounds. Bookings must be confirmed in writing, using the booking form that we will send to you, within 7 days of our telephoned agreement, together with your 25% non-returnable deposit. The balance is required to be paid at least 28 days before the start of your holiday together with a £10 returnable key deposit. We offer a 10% discount off the total cost when booking two or more consecutive weeks.
	Rules: Please refrain from smoking in the bungalow. NO PETS are allowed.
	Check In Time: 2:00 pm Check Out Time: 10:00 am Time Zone: Eastern
