	Payment Policy: Rates are in British Pounds. We include all electricity, full oil central heating and the supply of bed-linen in the price. Our normal booking week is from Saturday to Saturday. We accept payment by most credit and debit cards and by interbank transfer (your cheque guarantee card is normally also a debit card). Please note that we no longer accept payment by cheque or American Express.
	Cancellation Policy: If you cancel a booking the full amount will be due unless we can re-let the accommodation. We do recommend that you take out holiday insurance to cover unforseen circumstances preventing you from taking your holiday.
	Rules: Rates are subject to be change. # We include all electricity, full oil central heating and the supply of bed-linen in the price. There are no hidden extras (and you won't need to find coins for coin meters)! # We charge £10.00 per week for each dog that you bring with you. There is no charge if your dogs do not enter the cottages.
