The apartments are let from Saturday 2 pm to Saturday 10 am between June to September, but may be booked for shorter or longer periods at other times by arrangement. Collection of keys should be before 5 pm on your day of arrival unless prior agreement has been made outside of these times.
The accommodation may be occupied only by the persons named on the booking form, and is not transferable without prior agreement with the management. Any amendments or additions to the agreed occupants will incur an administration charge.
The person making the booking must be over the age of 21, and agree to be responsible for the apartment and contents during the period booked. The apartment must be left in a clean and tidy condition, and any loss, breakage or damage must be reported immediately (not at the end of the holiday), so that these can be rectified straight away. The hirer will be responsible for any costs incurred in this respect. A £100 minimum cleaning and damage charge will be levied for those apartments left in an unsatisfactory condition.
Smoking is not permitted within the apartments, although guests are welcome to smoke in the designated area within the garden. All cigarette ends are to be deposited in the allotted smoking bin. Any guests found smoking in the apartments, hallways or reception area will be asked to vacate the premises immediately.
Pets are by prior arrangement, are not to be left unattended in the apartments and are to be exercised off the premises.
Guests must take due care for other holidaymakers and ensure that there is no unreasonable amount of noise either within their apartment or the premises during their stay.
