Payment Policy: All rates are in UK Pounds.

Easter: £375 Weekly.
May & June: £375 / 475 Weekly.
July & Aug: £475 Weekly
September: £375 / 275 Weekly.
October: £275 Weekly

Provisional bookings may be made by telephone or email. A deposit of £100 is payable to secure a booking. Until this deposit is received any reservation made is provisional and may be varied or cancelled without notice. Upon payment of the deposit and subject to acceptance of the booking the guest becomes liable for the balance of the rental. Balance of payment is due 4 weeks before the date of the holiday. The owner reserves the right to re-let the cottage if no payment is received by the due date. In these circumstances the deposit will not normally be refunded.

Cancellation Policy: Should circumstances arise under which you need to cancel more than 8 weeks before your holiday any payment made will be returned, less half your deposit. Should you cancel between 4 and 8 weeks before your holiday any payment made will be returned less your full deposit. If you should cancel less than 4 weeks before the owner will endeavour to re-let the property and if we are able to do so we will return your rental payment less the deposit.

Rules: Sorry but No Smoking and No Pets. Please leave the cottage as you find it.
