POLICIES :

	Payment Policy: All Rates In British Pounds. Low season £200 - £390 Per Week. High season £390 - £520 Per Week. A third of tariff reserves cottage. 2 thirds due 6 weeks before booked date.
	Cancellation Policy: The deposit fully refundable before final payment due date. After final payment is received, cancellations will receive no refund - unless the cottage is re-booked in the remaining 6 weeks. Then a full refund can be made, less £30.00 expenses.
	Rules: Rates are subject to change without prior notice. Absolutely no Pets. Absolutely no Smoking. No children between ages of 2 years and 10 years because of proximity of pool. Damage deposit of £50.00 refundable within 2 weeks of end of stay.
