	Payment Policy: All Rates in British Pounds. Short breaks are available over quieter periods with a minimum of 3 nights to be booked during the week or over a weekend. The cost per midweek night is £70.00 and £80.00 per weekend night during 2008. October half term 2008 nightly prices are £80.00 and £90.00 respectively. The following periods are available for short break bookings:
	Cancellation Policy:
	Rules: A 33% deposit is required to confirm a booking. Rental charges include car parking, electricity, central heating, bed linen, welcome pack and information, and initial fuel for the wood burning stove.
	Check In Time: Any Time Check Out Time: AnyTime Time Zone: Eastern
