	Payment Policy: Prices are quoted in GB Pounds Sterling (£). We accept Mastercard Visa and Visa Debit cards. Reservations are confirmed on receipt of 40% deposit with the balance due one month before arrival. Where reservations are made less than one month in advance, the full amount will be required.
	Cancellation Policy: We recommend cancellation insurance. The deposit is not refundable. Where cancellation is made more than one month in advance, then any payment in excess of the deposit will be refunded.
	Rules: Pets are welcome, but must not be left unattended in the cottage. The cottages are strictly no-smoking. However visitors are free to smoke in the patio and garden areas if they wish.
