	Payment Policy: All Rates In UK Pounds. All bookings are secured on a non refundable deposit (cash, cheque or card). From the 1st April 2008 until 30th June 2008 all bookings for 5 nights or more will be given a 10% discount. (excluding bank holidays).
	Cancellation Policy: In the event that you cancel your booking we will endeavour to re-let your room, if however we cannot re-let your booked dates with us you will be liable for the cost, with this in mind we recommend you consider holiday insurance for long stays.
	Rules: Any excess charges/unpaid bills will be passed to a debt recovery agent and their charges added to the unpaid amount.
