Family Holiday Gite in rural Brittany near Josselin and the sea

Payment Policy: All rates in British Pounds. Peak (red)-:> 15th July - 31st August £500 p/w.

High (orange)-:> 1st - 14th July, September- £400 p/w.

Mid (yellow)-:> Easter, May, June, October, Christmas & New Year 2009 £300 p/w.

Low (white) All other dates £225 p/w.

A deposit of 25% is required to secure the rental with the balance (plus £100 security deposit) being due 8 weeks beforehand. We can accept payment by UK or French cheque, paypal or nochex however we have to add 4% to paypal/nochex payments to cover the fees we're charged.

Cancellation Policy: On confirmation of dates the 25% booking deposit is non refundable in the event of a cancellation. For cancellations less than 8 weeks prior to arrival the full rental payment remains due unless the owners are able to re-let the property. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.

Rules: For the benefit of future guests, Smoking is not permitted in the house. Smoking is permitted outside but please dispose of cigarette butts properly.
