Payment Policy: Prices in Euro per week. 30 % for booking, the balance will be paid 30 days before arrival. Payments by credit card (VISA/MASTERCARD), Paypal, bank transfer. Prices do not include lodging tax (0.50 EUR/adult/day), cleaning end of stay on request (90 EUR)
 
Rules: ABSOLUTELY NO PETS ALLOWED. Smoking is not permitted in the house. Smoking is permitted on the back deck or front porch. Please dispose of cigarette butts properly.
