Cancellation Policy: Cancellations of bookings must be confirmed in writing. The receipt of a cancellation in writing up to 8 weeks before departure date will incur the loss of the deposit only. If the cancellation is received less than 8 weeks before departure then the following charges apply : 6-8 weeks before depart date - loss of 20% 4-6 weeks before depart date - loss of 30% 2-4 weeks before depart date - loss of 50% 1-2 weeks before depart date - loss of 75% 0-1 weeks before depart date - loss of 100%
